Responsibilities:
Responsible for executing the sales plan.
Manage & maintain selected Key customer relationship, improve customer satisfaction and overall business.
Be responsible on new market and business developing which is assigned by POLYMER.
Coorperate with Marketing dept, continuously collect and analyze market information such as price/Opportunities /Market potential /Competitive activities etc.
Responsible for all reports and sales tools execution such as CRM, buying center of assigned sales force, regularly report to POLYMER.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above. 3+ years working experience in for environment, industry or relevant industry.
Strong sales experience at senior management level, proven ability in managing and selling solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, and strong focus on achieving sales objectives under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Establish sales goals to insure market share and profitability of current and new product lines.
Develop sales and marketing plans of current product lines and prepare new programs and make recommendation for new products to insure growth of sales and profitability.
Maintain effective customer relations with distributors, contractors, end-users and specifies.
Continually evaluate marketing and sales strategies and plans along with Digital Lighting to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Analyze and maintain current information regarding competitors ‘a(chǎn)ctions, product development and product policies to ensure awareness of the competition's market position, and as appropriate, recommend plans to achieve improved market penetration.
Requirements:
More than 10 years experiences in industrials products markets.
Excellent interpersonal skills in order to work closely with all departments within company including manufacturing, engineering, finance and human resources.
Excellent supervisory and motivational skills with the ability to develop team-oriented multi-discipline functions.
Creative and analytical thinking ability on a strategic level.
Responsibilities:
Provides on-site technical solutions for customers by analyzing, reviewing and inspecting findings to determine source of problem.
Provides a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
Provides feedback on technical for the purpose of assisting product improvement initiatives.
Updates sales and Field Operations Manager daily on customer issues in their region.
Submits timely & accurate Field Service Report information.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent along with 1-3 years experiences in field service. Emphasis in Environmental engineering, Chemical engineering or related engineering disciplines.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Internet software, Inventory software, and word processing software.
Responsibilities:
Anticipate and identify market research information needs, both collaboratively with internal business partners and proactively based on knowledge of market and products.
Build and maintain industry and market intelligence database, independently provide regular summary reports identifying business needs, opportunities, market attractiveness, and customer trends, etc.
Provide methodology, supervise execution, analyze and summarize research results for new product development.
Work with launch team to facilitate new product launch.
Work with cross-functional team to validate/qualify concepts and products.
Work with brand leader to provide post launch tracking.
Requirements:
Chemical market research working experiences (at least 3 years).
Chemical or enviroment relevant education background is preferred (bachelor above).
Skillful data analysis and ppt preparation.
Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
Good at communication.
